Hell, if armed correctly maybe even a freaking Israili civilian could equal a trained, western soldier. In short, Mossad AND the Israili Armed Forces are the best in the world.

Alright I agree with Chinkachu, Each branch has its Elite troops. It all depends which branch’s elite is suitable to complete the mission’s objective.

First of all Humanops the USMC and the S.A.S are two totally different things. The USMC are combat fighting and fight in large groups. The S.A.S are steathy behind enemy line fighters and go out in small combat groups. Know shut the fuck up because canada is gay and does shit only U.S And U.K are cool and have good military.

@Andrew. Do some research. It was the other way around in Somalia. The Somali new the army was weaker then the marines because the army was lax and not as disciplined. In every war the marines are the exceptional fighting force. Read history and stop watching black hawk down. It wasn’t even just delta force that did that. That movie is pure Hollywood.

If anyone owes anyone, Everyone owes something to America…WWII, remember what the US did? I seem to remember the US dropping a couple of packages that put a stop to it. Also, NATO isn’t NATO its the US Army and a couple of British Troops.

Okay so here is the deal about Israel … the reason why they could be considered the best isn’t because of all of the fighting. Simply put they get results and why is that you ask … Because nobody in the world gives the Israeli Special Forces or Mossad shit for going in and doing what is necessary. That ability to go to a country and kick the shit out of them is what makes you strong. Unfortuntely the U.S. and other militaries are held to the rediculous Geneva Convention which basically gives rules to warfare. They messed up part is that the bad guys of the world don’t give a rats ass about the geneva convention and therefore don’t follow it. So we’re stuck trying to fight a war and then justify it to the rest of the liberal world.

The isrealis aren’t the best The American troops are the best. (That means the Navy, Amry, USMC, Air Force, Coast Guard, etc.) They defeated the greatest military threat in world, The British. Just some average joes off the streets beat them. The only war we lost was the Vietnam War. which wasn’t even our war to begin with. We saved everyones ass in WW2. We didn’t but in until we saw the British losing. I am not saying the every other army sucks.We fight different wars. The British aren’t in operation Iraq freedom, just Americans. so you can’t compare them.

Well from all this stuff I’ve been reading I’m getting very upset. First, USA supplies israel with money, technology, and weapons. Israel does invent new weapons and probably have some well trained military. But Israel is like a little ant when it is compared to the USA military. I’m not American but I know what kind of military they have. It’s simple you don’t want to **** with them. lol The amount of money America spends on their military could be israels total budget times 50 maybe 300.lol Let’s face it.

I’ve recently been to the largest military show in North America, and it is funny it was here in Canada. 80% of all the stuff shown was from the USA. Planes, weapons, tanks. Canada has got a great military but when I seen the stuff from USA…I was shocked at what I’ve seen. Believe me. And imagine the stuff they keep secret from us. Holding all this technology, you could go through with bunch of handicap ppl and win a war with any country in the world. Now imagine the well trained soldiers using this technology. Just imagine. Iraq and Afghanistan are totally difficult wars. America has done very well.

wow thats a fail because the taliban isnt a fighting force it’s technically by United States standards a terrorist organization. However also the United States tries it’s hardest to avoid civilian casualties and then not only that but there are rules of war as stated at the geneva conference such as we have to provide medical treatment to all captured wounded enemy personel.

Also guys the Vietnam war was not a United States failure. We accomplished our goal and split Vietnam in half dividing communism, however a few monthes after, the Viet cong retook the Southern Vietnam and we just didnt want to go back in because in the United States we had fucking tree hugging hippies started by charles manson who were all pissed off at it and in reality we also didnt have the resources for it anymore so we didnt go back to war.
